How long will it take for my order to arrive?
No Xlibris book exists in printed form until you order it. Once you order a book, Xlibris custom manufactures a copy of the book precisely for you.
Most orders will be delivered to you within two to three weeks. If you order both hardbacks and paperbacks, they may arrive in separate shipments because they are printed separately. We will not charge you double shipping for these split shipments.
|
Can I have my order shipped to my PO Box or APO address?
UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO Box addresses. Please be sure to give us a physical address when placing your order for shipment via UPS. If you would prefer your order to be delivered to a PO Box or APO Box, we can accommodate your request via USPS.
|
What is the return policy?
If the book you receive has any physical defects, Xlibris will replace that book at no charge. Because our books are custom manufactured for you as they are ordered, we cannot accept returns of books for any other reason.
|
Can I purchase Xlibris books offline?

How are books chosen to be featured in the Xlibris online bookstore?
Featured Books selections are based on titles and authors that have demonstrated significant and quantifiable success in the marketplace.
Bestsellers are the top 10 books that have demonstrated high unit sales direct from Xlibris' online bookstore for the previous quarter.
Critic's Choice are books that have sold more than 1,000 copies and have passed the personal tastes of Xlibris' executive panel.
New Releases features are randomly selected titles that have been published during the previous quarter. These are the newest of our titles in distribution.
Black & White lists all trade books published with Xlibris.
Full Color lists all picture books published with Xlibris.
Xlibris makes the final decision on all featured titles. Our goal is to feature a broad cross section of what we publish. There is never a guarantee that a specific title will be selected as a feature.
