Mark Childs has lived in the small town of Wallaceburg, Ontario his entire life. Currently, he and his staff of fifty-two, operate a busy food and beverage business known as The Cookhouse. He has two sons, Josh and Jake who both work in the family business. A self-professed knowledge junkie, Mark is an avid reader, minor league football coach and currently serves on the local minor baseball executive. Mark is also a huge Washington Redskins fan.
