Description

Tanya is the story of a mutant child, born with twice the intelligence of an average human, and possessing many unusual abilities which surprise and entertain as she discovers on her own what she can accomplish. Tanya, using her extraordinary powers, is able to create an island nation of the best and brightest people on earth, and then create colonies on the moon and Mars. Along the way, she makes several startling scientific discoveries, confronts evil people and stops them in amusing and non-violent ways. In the end she achieves her goal of taking humans from earth to the stars. This enchanting fantasy story is an excellent choice for young people ages 12 to 14.
